From now on you have the possibility to make appointment requests to experts from the TOBALIE network directly online.

And that’ s how easy you can book your appointment:

• 1. Select expert – Select an expert of your choice in the map.
• 2. Open the expert page – Once you have found an expert, click on his profile and scroll down to ” Appointment requests”. There you can see when there are still free appointments available. If you don’t find the item ” Appointment requests”, this expert will not use the online booking. In this case contact the expert directly by mail or phone.
• 3. Select appointment – click on the desired appointment and log in, or register for free if you are not yet registered.
• 4. Fill in data – Enter your telephone number so that you can be reached for further questions and describe your request in the field “purpose of the appointment”. You can also add photos or videos to give the expert a better insight.
• 5. Select pet – press “add pet” and select which of your pets is concerned. Now you can share your pet profile and choose what you want to share. For example, a trainer can track your progress and give you tips, or a veterinarian can view previous findings.
• 6. Send request – Now you press “Request”
• 7. Wait for confirmation – The expert will respond to your request as soon as possible and confirm your appointment. He/she will also tell you whether your appointment will take place in person, via video chat or by phone.
• 8. Add appointment to calendar – Once your appointment is confirmed, the time window will turn yellow and you will automatically have a reminder in your pet profile. There you can also set when you want to be reminded and add the appointment to your calendar. You will also receive a message by e-mail. Here it can happen from time to time that an e-mail ends up in your spam folder.
