Short description

Characteristic for the American Wirehair is her coarse fur and crimped whiskers. She needs a bit more care than other breeds and does not like to be left alone. Other than that she is very trusting and cuddly. She loves to be outdoors hunting, but when engaged in different activites she is also happy at home. She is very playful and suitable for families.
